Can I watch the dog grooming?

Yes, from the outside. Our shop window is transparent, so you can look in at any time. Inside the salon itself, we ask that you leave your dog with us. Many dogs settle down much better when their owners aren't right next to them.

How do I get to your Berlin dog grooming salon and when are you open?

It's a five-minute walk from the U7 at Adenauerplatz, or ten minutes from the U1 and U9 at Kurfürstendamm. You'll find parking on Giesebrechtstraße and Brandenburgische Straße. We're open Tuesday to Saturday by appointment; we're closed on Sundays and Mondays.

GroomRoom Berlin opened in the heart of Charlottenburg in 2022 with a clear mission: premium grooming for Berlin's dogs and their owners, with plenty of peace, breaks and no overbooking.

Our salon at Giesebrechtstraße 2 is located between Kurfürstendamm and Wilmersdorfer Straße, in a neighbourhood full of cafés, bakeries and independent shops. The centrepiece is a transparent shop window, allowing you to look into the salon at any time while your dog is being groomed. You can find out how much an appointment costs in the price list, and how it works under process.

Why transparent? Because we have nothing to hide. Because we want you to see how lovingly we treat your four-legged friend. And because dog grooming is a matter of trust.

Since 2022. Darya Hellmann founded the dog grooming salon at Giesebrechtstraße 2 in Charlottenburg and still runs it today. Since then, the team has grown to five groomers.

Nata is a Top Groomer with over ten years of experience, Nathalie is Head Stylist for Poodles and Bichons, and Alina is a Senior Groomer and Pomeranian specialist. Kateryna and Kristina are Junior Groomers with over two years of experience, trained by our Top Groomers and working under their supervision. When booking online, you choose your groomer yourself.
